Cradle of Islam: How Islam Began is a concise, easy-to-listen, and accurate account of how Islam began. It investigates the initial beginning of Islam including its religious and historical background, main historical figures, and subsequent expansion. The book also presents the story of how the Quran was compiled and transmitted. While it is based on the latest and most accurate historical research on early Islam, it is intended to be listened to and enjoyed by listeners who are less familiar with Islam.

The word "jihad" is everywhere in the global media. It generally appears in the context of violence waged against the West by militants in or from Muslim-majority societies. Many books have been written about the life of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW), However, in writing this book, the author (Sheikh Muhammad al-Ghazali) had a specific objective. He used the life of the Prophet (SAW) to go into depths that many historians had only touched upon from the various aspects of his (saw) life.

Prophets serve as intermediaries between the human and divine worlds, granting them a special status in history across diverse religions and cultures. For Muslims, the Prophet Muhammad (570 - 632 CE) represents the culmination of the line of monotheistic prophets, including Abraham, Moses, and Jesus. In his own lifetime, Muhammad overcame opposition and brought reforms, firmly establishing a thriving community of believers which would become a major world civilization.

The blessed Chapter, revealed in Mecca, has 40 verses. The designation of the Chapter, denoting resurrection, derives from the opening verse. The chapter, as reflected in its title, mainly treats of the Day of Resurrection. It opens with an enumeration of the harsh and frightening incidents to occur at the end of the world and proceeds to make mention of the happy and sad appearances of the good and evil doers.

The surah begins by describing how on the Day of Judgment, the Earth will give off a terrible earthquake and "throw up her burdens". Through the inspiration of God, the Earth will bear witness to the actions of men it has witnessed. According to Michael Sells, the Earth opening up and bearing forth her secrets in this surah is indicative of a birth metaphor. Human beings will then realize that the moment of accountability has arrived. This meticulous accountability will reflect good and evil deeds that might have seemed insignificant at the time.

Yunus (Jonah) is the 10th chapter (surah) of the Quran with 109 verses (ayat). Yunus is named after the Prophet Yunus AS (Jonah). According to traditional Islamic chronology (asbab al-nuzul), it is believed to have been formulated or "revealed" before the migration of Prophet Muhammad SAW and his followers from Mecca to Medina, as such, it is known as a Meccan surah.

Surah al-Jinn (Arabic: “The Jinn”) is the 72nd chapter of the Noble Quran with 28 verses. The name as well as the topic of this chapter is jinn. Similar to angels, the jinn are spiritual beings invisible to the naked human eye. In the Quran, it is stated that humans are created from the earth and jinn (demon) from smokeless fire in more than one instance.

Despite the vast body of works written about the Prophet Muhammad, there are some gaps. In particular, it is difficult to find a short introduction to the life of the Prophet written from the perspective of the believer but which also recognizes the contributions of contemporary scholarship by both Muslim and non-Muslim scholars. Such a work is needed by young adults and people who are unfamiliar with the historical and religious sources but want to know more about the Prophet and his life.

The advent of the Prophet Muhammad SAW changed the face of the history of mankind in a manner that this world has never seen before. Since the first man and Prophet Adam (Pbuh) was sent down to Earth, Allah SWT sent many prophets and messengers to guide mankind to the truth and to the straight path. Soon after the deaths of these prophets, their followers deviated from the teachings and corrupted the religion of Allah.

The Cow or Surah al-Baqarah is the second and longest chapter (Surah) of The Noble Quran. It consists of 286 verses. It is a Medinan surah, that is to say that it was revealed at Medina after the Hijrah, with the exception of a few verses that Muslims believe were revealed during the Farewell Pilgrimage, the last Hajj of Prophet Muhammad SAW. This is the longest Surah in The Noble Quran.

This 38-verse chapter was revealed in Medina. It is generally understood that Medinan chapters focus on the establishment of a functioning Muslim society. This one is no different and tackles several subjects, including war, what happens to those who try to prevent others from converting to Islam, and the futility of opposing God and his prophet.
