The FBI has determined that two men, working entirely alone, were responsible for the blast that killed 168 people and injured hundreds more. One man in the Bureau knows that there is a coverup, and if it is ever discovered, his position and those of others will pay the price for the deception.

Allen Stevens–The Rescues tells the story of rescues in Bosnia, two in Columbia, and other exploits of The Committee and the Green Berets. In Bosnia, the task was to rescue two aircrew members who had been shot down while taking reconnaissance photos. During the attempt, a helicopter and crew were lost and Lieutenant Stevens was forced to avoid capture until she and her operators could be extracted.
