My plan was coming together all thanks to Alpha Net and their perfectly timed debut. Their walls were easy to get behind, faking an Omega profile and requesting an Alpha’s services for my nonexistent heat. After all the preparation was complete, the time had finally come. Maybe I wouldn’t have come this far if other Alphas hadn’t brushed me off for being a knot desiring Beta. Maybe regret wouldn’t be filling my head as I looked down at Suki. Maybe I could find a way to make her forget, to restart this meet and greet with more pizzazz and trust. But I knew it was too late for that.
