Snowboarder

Vilde is a 16-year-old Danish-Canadian kid, who lives with his mom in the small Canadian ski resort town of Big White. Some know him best as the local prankster and daredevil, but Vilde is also an elite snowboarder known as the Flying Tiger with hopes of competing in the next Youth Winter Olympics. One year, Vilde’s estranged dad invites him to join him on a trip to the mountain of Nanulak, where Vilde hopes to bond with him over mountaineering and mend their tenuous relationship. Soon, however, a fierce snowstorm knocks them off course and into the path of a dangerous criminal on the lam. Now Vilde will have to summon all of his inner strength to escape the lurking dangers and harsh conditions on the mountain and learn that his own survival may have to come at a cost too dear even for someone with the indomitable spirit of a tiger …
