Ashes to Awakening is a self-improvement podcast dedicated to education, awareness, and deeper understanding of the relationship patterns, emotional wounds, and subconscious cycles that have been quietly running your life. Hosted by Christian Huskins — Relationship & Behavior Expert, Transformational Coach, Author, and Founder of the Elite Emotional Freedom Ecosystem — this podcast was born out of a deeply personal journey. Christian knows firsthand what it feels like to watch the same patterns show up in every relationship, every situation, and every chapter of life — and still not be able to stop them. She knows what it feels like to know better and still repeat it. And she built this podcast for every person who has ever felt that same frustration. Ashes to Awakening is not about surface-level tips or quick fixes. This is a space for the ones who are ready to go all the way in — to not just understand their patterns but break them for good. Each episode dives deep into the topics that most people are afraid to talk about openly — topics like: • Toxic relationship cycles and why we keep repeating them • Abandonment wounds and how they show up in our everyday choices • Codependency and the deep fear of being alone • Unhealthy attachment styles and what they reveal about our earliest wounds • People-pleasing, self-abandonment, and the loss of identity • Emotional triggers and what they are really trying to tell us • Boundaries — why we struggle to set them and how to finally make them stick • Nervous system regulation and why your body holds the key to your healing • Generational patterns and breaking cycles that were never yours to carry • Subconscious re-patterning and becoming the most healed version of yourself • Self-worth, identity-level healing, and reclaiming who you were always meant to be Once a month, instead of a teaching episode, Christian will guide listeners through an exclusive meditation designed to help them slow down, breathe, and give their nervous systems the rest they deserve. Because healing is not just about understanding — it is about feeling safe enough to finally let go. This podcast is for the person who has done the therapy, read the books, and still finds themselves back in the same patterns. It is for the one who is exhausted from being strong for everyone else while quietly falling apart on the inside. It is for the one who is tired of trying to understand exactly why they do what they do — and still not being able to stop. If that is you — you are in the right place. Ashes to Awakening is more than a podcast. It is a movement for those who are ready to stop surviving their patterns and start healing them at the root. For those who are done with surface-level healing and ready to go all the way in. Not just to understand the pattern — but to break it. For good. New episodes drop regularly. Subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts and follow along on this journey toward emotional freedom, deeper self-awareness, and becoming the most healed and empowered version of yourself. This is where your ashes end, and your awakening begins.© 2026 Ashes To Awakening 個人的成功 自己啓発

  • "Parts of You" — Understanding What's Really Driving Your Behavior
    2026/07/01

What if you're not broken... just being protected?

Have you ever promised yourself you were going to change… only to find yourself repeating the same behavior again?

Maybe you push people away when relationships become too close. Maybe anxiety keeps you awake at night. Maybe you people-please, overthink everything, lose your temper, or sabotage opportunities you truly want.

What if none of those behaviors are your identity?

In this episode of Ashes to Awakening, Coach Christian introduces the foundation of her Parts Integration Method—a powerful framework for understanding why we do what we do.

    You'll learn:

    • Why behavior is only the symptom—not the root
    • The three protective parts that influence your life: Managers, Firefighters, and Exiles
    • How your Authentic Self differs from your protective parts
    • Why anxiety, anger, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-sabotage often develop as survival strategies
    • Why awareness alone isn't enough to create lasting change
    • The reflection question that can begin transforming how you see yourself

This episode is designed to help you replace self-judgment with curiosity and begin understanding the deeper reasons behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

For subscribers: In Part 2, we'll move beyond awareness into coaching and practical healing tools. I'll guide you through how to identify which part is leading, begin building trust with your protectors, and introduce a free Parts Quiz to help you discover what's driving your behavior.

Because healing doesn't begin by fighting yourself.

    It begins by understanding yourself.

    What parts are driving you?

  • What Childhood Wound Is Making Your Adult Choices?
    2026/06/18

What if the decisions you're making today aren't actually being made by your adult self—but by a younger version of you that learned how to survive?

This episode is for anyone who has ever asked, “Why do I keep making the same choices even when I know better?”

In Part 1 of Episode 3, Coach Christian breaks down how childhood wounds can quietly influence adult decisions — from who we love, what we tolerate, how we set boundaries, how we receive success, and why we may still feel stuck even when we are self-aware.

You’ll learn about five core childhood wounds: emotional neglect, abandonment, parentification, rejection, and worthiness — and how they may be showing up in adult life today.

Part 2 is where we go deeper into the healing work with the Adult Decision Repatterning Tool.

🎧 Episode 3 Part 1 is ready for you. Go listen. Then come back here and tell me — which wound you think is making your decisions? I read every single comment.

  • Why We Become Who We Become — The Origin of Every Pattern You've Ever Repeated
    2026/06/03

Episode 2 of Ashes to Awakening is live — and I want to be honest with you. This one is close to my heart.

Because this episode answers the question I spent years asking myself before I ever had the language for it:

Why do I keep doing this — even when I know better?

We go deep in this one. And I mean deep.

We talk about the blueprint that gets written into your subconscious before you ever have a say. We talk about the two operating systems running your life, the family roles most of us were silently assigned as children — and how those roles are still showing up in your adult relationships, your triggers, your patterns.

We talk about generational wounds. About how the pain you're carrying may not have even started with you.

And we talk about what it means to finally put it down.

This episode is the foundation for everything we're building together in this space. If Episode 1 was about seeing the tree, Episode 2 is about going all the way down to the root.

At the end of the episode I walk you through four reflection questions. Please don't skip them. The writing is where the real work happens — and I built this episode so that by the time you get there, you're ready to go somewhere honest.

You showing up here, in this community, doing this work — that is not small. I see you.

🎧 Episode 2 is ready for you. Go listen. Then come back here and tell me — which family role did you recognize yourself in? I read every single comment.
