Fit For.M (Movement • Mindfulness • Ministry) is a Christian wellness podcast for women who desire to follow Jesus more closely, to strengthen and steward their bodies faithfully, renew their minds, deepen their faith, and become who God created them to be.

Join me, Lilah, for honest living room conversations about faith, fitness, healing, spiritual formation, identity in Christ, caring for the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit, and following Jesus in everyday life.

Together we’ll explore topics such as Christian wellness, body image, mindset, prayer, discipleship, suffering, purpose, movement, mental and emotional health, and what it means to steward our bodies and lives for God’s glory.

This is not a space built around perfection, performance, or having all the answers. It is a place for drawing near to God, remaining teachable, making room for the Holy Spirit, and learning to care for our minds, bodies, and souls in a way that bears good fruit.

Whether you’re navigating a health journey, seeking deeper spiritual growth, rebuilding your relationship with your body, or simply longing to walk more closely with Christ, you are welcome here.

You were made for more than survival.

More than just getting through.

More peace.

More truth.

More health.

More purpose.

More of Him.

May this be a place where we remember that we are His — called by name, deeply loved, and invited into profound communion with Jesus Christ.

About Lilah :

I’m a Certified Classical Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor (eRYT), Internationally Accredited Yoga Therapist and Movement Neurology Specialist ...currently living between turquoise shorelines and endless Texas skies. Most importantly, I'm a Christian

As a former ballet dancer and aerialist, I’ve spent much of my life fascinated by the body -- how it moves, heals, adapts, and carries us through every season of life.

For awhile, I stepped away.

Health challenges, loss, healing, questions, body image struggles, transitions, heartbreak, and finding my way to a deeper connection with God changed me.

This podcast is about returning — to health, truth, and to the quiet place where we meet with Jesus.

Each week I’ll share movement, healing practices, Bible passages, faith reflections, and moments of stillness to make space for the Holy Spirit to move.

I believe movement can be prayer, that our bodies were created with purpose, and that healing begins on the inside.

I’m glad you’re here. Come walk with me.

Xx

  • Honoring the Temple | Why Secular Fitness Culture is Failing Christian Women ...and What To Do Instead
    2026/06/22

In this episode, we’re exploring what it truly means to honor the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit and why so many Christian women feel disconnected from modern fitness culture. If you’ve ever struggled with body image, comparison, fitness guilt, burnout, or wondering how faith and fitness fit together, this conversation is for you.

    We’ll discuss:

    • What Scripture says about caring for your body

    • Why secular fitness culture often leaves women feeling empty

    • The difference between vanity and stewardship

    • How strength, mobility, and longevity support God’s calling on your life

    • What it means to become the woman God created you to be

    • Why fitness can be an act of worship rather than self-obsession

    • How movement, mindfulness, and ministry intersect

Through Biblical reflection, practical fitness wisdom, and faith-filled encouragement, we’ll explore a healthier approach to wellness—one rooted in purpose, stewardship, and spiritual growth rather than appearance alone.

As we discuss faith, fitness, healing, and stewardship, we’ll also reflect on Jesus’ words to the woman who reached for Him in faith:

“Take heart, daughter; your faith has made you well.” (Matthew 9:22)

Whether you’re rebuilding your health, renewing your mind, strengthening your body, or learning to see yourself through God’s eyes, this episode is an invitation to move toward wholeness in Christ.

    Scriptures discussed:

    • 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
    • Romans 12:1
    • Colossians 3:23
    • Psalm 139:14

If you’re looking for Christian fitness, faith-based wellness, Biblical health, Pilates, strength training, mindset transformation, or encouragement for your walk with Christ, you’re in the right place.

  • The Beloved Disciple & The Body | "What is That to You?"
    2026/06/08

Disordered Eating, Comparison, & Healing Through Identity in Christ

“What is that to you? You follow Me.” — John 21:22

In this episode of Fit For.M, we explore how comparison shapes our relationship with our bodies, food, fitness, and identity. Drawing from Jesus’ words to Peter in John 21, I share personal experiences with disordered eating, body image struggles, adoption, emotional eating, restriction, and the search for worth through appearance and achievement.

Together, we’ll discuss the difference between stewarding our bodies and finding our identity in them, and how healing begins when we stop looking sideways and start seeing ourselves through the eyes of Christ …responding to Jesus’ invitation:

    “You follow Me.”

If you’ve ever compared your body, your healing journey, your calling, or your life to someone else’s, this conversation is for you.

My prayer is that this episode encourages you to release comparison, embrace your God-given identity, and experience greater freedom in Christ.

Because you were never created to become someone else.

You were created to become who God made you to be.

    Scripture Referenced:
    John 21:20–23

    Topics Discussed:
Christian wellness • body image • disordered eating • emotional eating • adoption • identity in Christ • comparison • Christian fitness • faith and health • healing and spiritual growth
