Hi, I'm Tracy - a wife, a mother, and someone who once found herself right where you are, standing in the grocery aisle confused and frustrated. Many years ago I suffered from hypoglycemia and had to change the way I ate. I didn't know where to begin. Without much help from the medical community and with God's leading, I spent years researching what foods were truly healthy and life-giving. Today, I teach others how to return to God-designed foods so they can nourish their families with confidence.

So, each week I will be sharing:

  • Healthy Eating Foundations
  • Do some ingredient Deep-Dives
  • Talk about Milling Whole Grains and Homemade Breads
  • and of course Practical Applications

You don't have to be a doctor or a nutritionist to know how to eat healthy.

If you’re ready to learn:
Simple truths of clean eating
How to choose the healthiest ingredients
Feel empowered by healthy nutrition that’s rooted in Godly principles

Then come hang out with me each week, here on Godly Nutrition

Grab your pen and paper, and let's make eating healthy simple again! 😊

For many years I suffered pretty severely from hypoglycemia, also known as low blood sugar. Constipation and low energy, well those were a thing too.

Desperate for needing answers, I first turned to the Bible and then did tons of personal research for natural ways to help my body. In this episode I will share with you my story and what became the “game changer” that brought me true relief.

  • 01 | Healthy Food Shouldn’t Feel This Complicated. Try This Simple Method to Quiet the Food Noise.
    2026/07/07

Healthy food shouldn’t feel this complicated.

If you’ve ever stood in the grocery store aisle wondering what you’re supposed to eat anymore?

Are you confused because the ‘expert’s’ advice doesn’t seem to agree?

What if healthy eating isn’t about finding the next diet, but about rediscovering God’s original design for food?

Truth is, most women are just trying to make sense of thousands of conflicting messages coming from every direction.

Here’s a thought: For most of human history, people didn’t need nutrition experts to tell them what food was.

Since the Bible is a nutritional foundational textbook, it repeatedly points us toward principles that honor God’s design rather than man’s manipulation.

Need a simple way to get started eating healthy? If so, then stick around!
