Coach Nicholson shared his coaching journey, which includes serving as both Head Women’s Soccer Coach and Assistant Athletic Director for Student Services at Mercy University. Don and Jack also discussed the importance of team culture and getting players to fully buy into a program’s vision and standards. Nicholson explained how successful teams are built through accountability, trust, leadership, and creating an environment where players are committed to something bigger than themselves.
