概要

My podcast creates a safe, open space for women whose voices are often silenced, dismissed, or ignored. I speak with guests who bring lived experience, honesty, and courage to conversations that matter.

I’m especially interested in speaking with women who:

  • Have been bullied, cancelled, or harassed online or in their communities, and want to share their story of resilience.
  • Are “trans widows” – women whose male partners transitioned and who experienced loss, coercion, or abuse in that process.
  • Have trans-identifying family members, and are navigating the grief, isolation, or pressure to self-censor that often comes with it.
  • Want to shed light on the impact of coercive control, narcissistic abuse, and the broader culture of silencing women’s realities.

This podcast aims to amplify stories that are too often kept in the shadows — giving voice to truth-tellers, survivors, and women who have faced backlash for speaking openly.

If your experience touches on these themes and you’re ready for a thoughtful, respectful, and empowering conversation, I’d love to hear from you.

  • "I feel trapped in a life forced upon me" - Counsellor Reacts to Partner Transition
    2026/05/16

In this video, I react to a deeply heartbreaking anonymous post from a woman whose partner came out as trans just 102 days before their wedding. Drowning in guilt, hair loss, and severe trauma responses, she feels completely isolated.

As a counsellor, I unpack the psychological red flags in this story: from early love-bombing to the intense pressure women face to perform support while their own health collapses. We also look at the toxic nature of online spaces that police a grieving woman's language instead of protecting her life.

If you are walking on eggshells at home or mourning the future you were promised, you are not a bad person. Your feelings are a normal response to ambiguous loss.

  • THEY COLLUDED BEHIND HER BACK
    2026/05/14

What happens when a 17-year marriage is cast aside for affirmation? In this video, I react to a Reddit thread where a husband and sister-in-law go behind a mother's back to facilitate a child's transition.

As a counsellor specialising in Ambiguous Loss and Relational Trauma, I see this dynamic all too often. When you are silenced in your own home and treated like the bully for seeing the truth, the psychological toll is immense.

    In this video, I discuss:

The trauma of family collusion and ganging up.

    Why Sarah isn't transphobic—she’s grieving a son.

How secret HRT deals destroy the marital foundation.

    Are you living this story?
You don't have to navigate this slow-motion family death alone. I provide a safe, confidential space for women who have been silenced or bullied by gender ideology in their own homes.

  • Geordie Roots & Global Lessons: How Prison Saved My Life
    2026/05/07

"I would definitely have died some other way."

In this incredibly raw and unfiltered conversation, Susan Universe shares a life story that sounds like a movie script. From a feral childhood in North Shields and being ghosted by her own family, to the reckless years that led to her being detained in a Spanish prison at just 22 years old—Susan has seen the darkest corners of life.

But here is the shock: Susan says prison saved her life.

    We talk about:

The Spanish Prison Experience: What it’s really like to be locked up in a foreign country with no language, no money, and no windows.

Sisterhood in the Shadows: Meeting the "most dangerous woman in Spain" and finding humanity in the most unlikely places.

The Breaking Point: A midnight encounter with the North Sea at Tynemouth that changed everything.

The Return: Coming home to Newcastle and the long road from "scruffy kid" to High Priestess and transformational coach.

Susan’s journey is a testament to the fact that shame dies when stories are told. If you feel stuck, silenced, or like your past defines you, this episode is for you.
