  • Ep.173: When Life Interrupts Your Routine (Now What?)
    2026/04/15

    Send us Fan Mail

There are moments in life when everything feels like it’s finally working… and then suddenly, something interrupts it all.

That’s exactly what happened to me this week.

In this episode, I’m sharing what it looks like to navigate an unexpected setback—when your routine gets disrupted, your momentum is gone, and you feel completely thrown off.

    I talk about:

    • Why it’s not just about the situation—it’s about what it represents (structure, identity, control)
    • The all-or-nothing thinking that can quietly derail us
    • How I’m shifting from “everything is ruined” to “what’s still possible”
    • Why the goal isn’t to stop… it’s to adjust

If you’ve ever felt like one interruption knocked you completely off track, this episode is for you.

Because not everything that slows you down is setting you back.

You’re not starting over—you’re just finding a new way forward.

    Maybe… you can 💛

  • Ep. 172: Overwhelmed? This Is How to Decide What Matters
    2026/04/08

    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode of the Maybe I Can Podcast, I talk about something we all struggle with at different times:

How do you prioritize when everything feels important?

Because it’s not always about having nothing to do—it’s about having too much to do, and all of it feels like it matters.

I share a real example of how I recently spent hours avoiding what I actually needed to do… because I followed what felt more exciting in the moment.

And it made me realize something important:

Overwhelm isn’t a time problem—it’s an emotional one.

    One of the biggest shifts?

Not everything that matters needs your attention right now.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, this episode will help you create clarity—and move forward with more focus and less stress.

  • Ep.171: Embracing The Beginner Within You
    2026/04/01

    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode of the Maybe I Can Podcast, I talk about what it really feels like to be a beginner again—and why it’s so much harder than we expect.

Lately, I’ve found myself starting from scratch in a few areas of my life—learning Mahjong and writing a children’s picture book—and it’s brought up something I think we don’t talk about enough:

    Being a beginner is uncomfortable.

As adults, we’re used to feeling competent.
We stick to what we know.
We avoid situations where we might look inexperienced or unsure.

    But growth doesn’t happen there.

    In this episode, I share:

    • What it actually feels like to start something new
    • Why we resist being beginners (even when we want to grow)
    • The stories we tell ourselves that hold us back
    • Why most people quit too early
    • How to stay with something long enough to see progress

    One of the biggest takeaways?

Not knowing what you’re doing isn’t a sign to stop—it’s a sign that you’re growing.

If you’ve been thinking about trying something new, or you’re in that uncomfortable phase where nothing feels easy yet, this episode will help you reframe what’s happening—and keep going.
