    Genevieve Sigmund is the President of Platinum Storage Group, a leading real estate management, acquisition, and development firm specializing in self-storage, headquartered in Newport Beach, California. In her role, she provides strategic leadership across acquisitions, operations, development, and investor relations, helping position the company as a premier operator in the self-storage industry. She also helped lead a strategic investment in Tenant Inc., a SaaS platform dedicated to managing self-storage portfolios, further enhancing the company’s operational capabilities and technology-driven approach.

    Prior to joining Platinum Storage Group, Genevieve built a strong foundation in politics, including working on Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s re-election campaign. She attended and graduated from the University of Southern California with honors in Political Science in 2004.

    Genevieve is deeply engaged in both industry and community leadership. She has served on various boards and in leadership positions within the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), including the Real Estate Industry Network, where she was involved in the Women in Real Estate Network. She is also a board member of the Orange County American Heart Association, reflecting her commitment to impactful community involvement.

    She is especially passionate about her personal and professional journey and is committed to sharing lessons learned and mentoring the next generation of leaders.
