    I see this ALL the time…

    Women:
    → eating less
    → working out more
    → doing "a bit of everything"

    …and getting nowhere.

    Because:

    👉 Strength training ≠ hypertrophy
    👉 Weight loss ≠ body recomposition
    👉 Eating less ≠ eating right

    If your training and nutrition don't match your goal…
