• Pay attention to what frustrates you in your day-to-day work. That’s often where opportunity lives
• Don’t wait for permission. She brought the idea to her boss, got turned down, and did it anyway
• Build around outcomes, not just services. Her program trained people to be job-ready
• Start where your audience already is. She got traction through industry associations
• Be ready to adapt. What worked before might not work now

We also talk about why trade skills and practical experience are becoming more valuable in an AI-driven world.
