What do we think about when we hear someone tell us to "stay positive"? Perhaps the immediate thought that pops into our minds is, "Well, that's easy for you to say," or "It's easier said than done." Some of us might even question, "What is the point?" There can be many doubts that typically come to mind when we are advised to stay positive.
