This episode was inspired by a powerful conversation with my business coach that hit me right between the eyes and a warning I got from my massage therapist.

Like many women, I've spent years being available to everyone - my business, clients, family, team and community. But recently, the signs started showing up. Feeling overwhelmed, triggered, exhausted and eventually getting sick. It became clear that something needed to change.

In this episode, I share the real-life lessons and wake-up calls that forced me to slow down and reassess where my time, energy and attention were going.

We explore how being too accessible can quietly lead to burnout, resentment, frustration and losing sight of what truly matters. I also share the warning signs to look out for, how this pattern shows up in everyday life and what you can do before life forces you to stop and reset.

I thought the prize was the Porsche.

But looking back, I can see that the Porsche was never the real goal.

The real transformation happened in who I had to become along the way.

In this episode, I share the story behind a competition that challenged me to raise my standards, self-worth, confidence and belief in what was possible for my life. To even imagine myself driving a Porsche, I had to step into a new identity and become the kind of woman who felt worthy of receiving it.

What happened next surprised me!

While I didn't receive exactly what I thought I wanted, the process aligned me with opportunities that were even better than I could have imagined - including the exciting news that I've become an LSKD Headquarters Athlete and another incredible collaboration that had been sitting on my vision board for years.

This episode is a powerful reminder that sometimes the Universe doesn't give you what you want - it gives you what you've become a match for.

We dive into self-worth, identity, manifestation, authentic self-expression and why the goals you're chasing are often just vehicles for your growth.

Because sometimes the prize isn't the car, the money, the promotion or the outcome.

Sometimes the real prize is the woman you become in the pursuit of it. Then from that version of you, entirely new opportunities become possible.
