Of Silk and Soil is a podcast for women within motherhood who feel the pull to come back to themselves.


Motherhood changes everything. And while it can be deeply beautiful, it can also leave women feeling disconnected from their body, their identity and the woman they once were.

Through honest conversations, womb-led healing and feminine reconnection, this podcast explores the journey of remembering the woman within motherhood.
